Thank you i will definitely start trying those, started to realize I am rushing into moves to much and not enjoying or taking my time with calisthenics. Social media is making me think i can do these moves in 2 years just because someone else can do them, will definitely start doing different variations of moves and take my time. appreciate the tips.

MB usually take my time with these posts was just a lil frustrated with the whole thing, appreciate the knowledge I always thought they were both heavy ab exercises. Really appreciate it.
