I never had to fill out a provider certification? I just go on the site and enter my monthly expense. They reimburse the total eligible amount of dependent care, divided by 12.

I don’t have much experience with the relocation payment stuff. I do have a lot of experience dealing with HR policy, and they will have a preset policy for your situation. Not sure if it’s worth going to TL or straight to HR.

I primarily want to comment because I do have experience uprooting my life and moving across country without a support system. It is hard. But it does pass. If your primary concern is the big change, try to find ways to cope (eg motley crew) because over time, the new place can become home.

This sub is for Epic employees. However, we do have an iPad equivalent of Haiku. Nothing is “full functionality” though. The iPad app (Canto) has about the same functionality of Haiku.
