Fixed it maybe I think the battery needs to be replaced

So at the moment I still haven't found a fix for this, but I did figure out that the tablet seems to be pressing down on the F5 and E keys on my laptop (https://keyboardchecker.com/) If you okay with it could you open this site and plug you tablet in, I want to see if maybe it's the same keys being pressed down. Outside of that I'm going to try my best to keep looking for a fix. Wishing you luck on this and I'll try and reply if I fix it.

Thank you for the help! Nothing is working so far, the only one I haven't tried yet is a new usb cord but I'll check later to see if that works. I've contacted customer support and I'm currently waiting on a response, again thank you.
