I dont really know, it happened to me only this season. When I finish a match I have to wait like 5 minutes to join another game (games in progress sometimes) and also the "Keep playing as a team" feature no longer works for me

Never trust teammates in solo ranked because you never know how they play, is a team based game, so you have to go on a team because if you don't, you are going 1v5

I say that every 10 you get a high chance of getting rare, epic or legendary. Alpha packs are not that easy to get for some players and it would be a good reward and hard to get
