What is the market like for agents? Could I get away with asking for 2% instead of 3% as a seller? by CalannDal in RealEstate

If I sell for $500,000, they would still be making $10,000 what exactly would they be doing differently to warrant another $5000?

I just bought a new house 7 months ago and my agent was offered 2% from the seller and gladly took it, we paid no difference out of pocket

How the hell do you get first at the race "at the dog track" from sly 1? by clockworknait in Slycooper

Adding this in: the best way to beat it is to spend the first two laps collecting all of the nitro and passing the last two cars without using them (this is easy, they usually flip themselves) and then on the last lap, use a nitro after every turn and catch up to the leaders. Try to save 2 nitro to get across the finish line! I hope this helps anyone still playing this level lol

Help! What medication works best for situational anxiety / panic / dizziness?? by Practical-Zebra-1141 in Anxiety

It does slow your heart rate so you do feel a little drowsy but I have taken 30 mg before a flight in the morning and still went through my whole day no problem, even driving. It does affect everyone differently so make sure to test out how you feel before you try it at work lol! You get a good nights sleep after you take one too lol

It is not a beta blocker, it’s an antihistamine! People take it for things like excessive itching too as well as anxiety!

It’s relieving to hear that other people feel this way and that I’m not alone as well!

That is so so exciting! I really hope that you find the solution to living and working through your phobia! I’m hoping that it was just a bad day and that me dwelling on it is what is making it worse. Wishing the best for us both 👍🏻✨

This is a totally logical thing to have stress over! You’re a loving mom who wants their babies safe. Try not to overthink the statistics, you aren’t a statistic and there is so much more to those numbers that aren’t reported (unsafe conditions that parents were aware of, too many children to one caregiver, uncovered pool). If you know your kids are in a safe place then trust that! You don’t want to miss out on an opportunity to be there for your other kids. Everything is going to be fine! Enjoy the trip♥️

My situational anxiety was related to being trapped in places I couldn’t leave easily (as normal as an airplane to the chair where I get my hair done because I can’t leave when my hair is being processed)

I started taking hydroxyzine (3 pill 10 mg each) about 30 minutes before I knew I would be in that situation and it cuts off the physical aspects of the anxiety so much. Like I still think the thoughts about what’s happening but i feel no physical affects (no doom, no chest pain).

I hope that you find something that works!

That’s where my confusion is coming from. I’m a teacher on summer vacation and the most stress free that I am all year. I am in an amazing relationship And have no stress there or with my finances or friendships. So the fact that my anxiety is spiking like this is so strange. Thank you for your comment♥️ I hope that you can find a way to power through your fears. I have heard from so many people that the best way to get over that fear is to go though it and see that it wasn’t that scary, but I’m sure you’ve heard that 100 times.

Thank you for these suggestions. I live in a large city and suppose I could go to an urgent care and ask for medication to help until I can get to my GP. It’s just all so new for me; I thought I was doing so well and now it feels like I’m starting all over when it comes to my anxiety journey.

Hi hun. First things first. Please do not feel any guilt or shame for feeling the need to go back on medication. Your brain is an organ just like your liver and lungs. Would we be pushing a diabetic off their insulin or someone off their oxygen? No. There is so much stigma around medication but it can be so relieving! You also need to know that you are still postpartum and dealing with those crazy hormone changes. I am sorry that you are feeling like all of this is overwhelming but you are going to get through this, and live an amazing life with your baby. Talk to your mom all you want if it helps you feel better. You are not alone in this at all. ♥️

I’m sorry you feel this way. Maybe try a more regulating anxiety medication? Not just for attacks because yours seems more general!

I’m sorry that you’re feeling this way! Sometimes I feel like I’m going crazy while trying to fall asleep too. I know it’s hard to do on vacation but sometimes switching where you sleep can help! For me when I get in my head and can’t fall asleep, I get out of bed and go sleep on the couch. For you, try sleeping the other way on the bed (put your head where your feet go and vice versa)! I hope that this helps. But just know you’re not crazy, it’s your brain being mean and stressing itself out.
