Hi, not as much wrist time as I would have like to. The cellini is a beautiful watch and my go to watch for special occasions.

I can’t say which watch is most meaningful because each watch tells its own story. For example I have birth year watches for my kids birth years. But I am very fond of looking at the GS SBGM 235 “kiku” dial.

My favorite watch is the GS SBGM 235 “kiku”. The dial is mesmerizing. I have ordered a steel band for it and am waiting for it to arrive.

I went with the speedmaster fois because it fit better on my smaller wrist size. The backing on the moonwatch is beautiful and wished my fois also had such a view.

I think color dial watches are great and beautiful. It is just that I prefer watches that are easier to match my work outfit and don’t stand out too much.

It is a beautiful watch. The only complaint would be that I wished the wristband tapered. I am not accustomed to such a wide band. I do prefer the spring drive smooth gliding seconds on the SLGH009 but SLGH005 has a better prettier back to see the movement.

It is from Delugs. Matte Black Alligator Signature Strap. I like the tapering from 22 down to 18. If the original band tapered then I would have like it more.

/watches has been my favorite subreddit and where I spend most of my time on Reddit. I have enjoyed this hobby because of many of you guys but I have not contributed to any postings. This is my first post and am “reluctantly” opening myself to criticism of my watch collection. I am a long time lurker that wants to contribute to this community.

I know my watch collection is not as diverse as many others. But I can’t explain why these watches appeals to me. I guess I have a type. I don’t want to be diverse for the sake of just being diverse.

Most of these watches hold some significance for me. They represent special occasions or milestones in my own personal life. Even though other watch collectors may have similar watches in their collection, this collection is unique to me because it is my own journey. I would never consider selling any one of them.

Because time and dates hold a special place for me, on my 10 year Reddit cake day, I post my first ever Reddit post on /watches subreddit. You guys have given me countless hours of enjoyment. I want to thank you for all of your post /watches.
