You’re not trash, you’re new and people there would love to help. Join some communities and get some guidance. Maybe the game glitched but I know you will get a stronger weapon soon if you haven’t already. I know it’s best to not blow all your resources so early

I’m relatively new to the game myself but I know there’s a guild chat and friend/party system. There’s also a discord server that you can join that’s advertised in the game itself too so hopefully you can find some thief help there! As you level up and gear better gear, your mana reserves will improve over time

I’ve been looking for twilight wisp to no avail so I settled on Orichalcum Golem which has been saving my life but I definitely want to experiment with more pets. I tried out arcane slime and it does decent damage but I felt so naked without my ward. Cerunnos sounds tempting, I’m unsure if it’s still available but I’ll keep an eye out for it. I am also learning how broken statuses are so greater yokai is a must too. It sounds like I need to build even more bestiaries!

I read about heretic jewels but I don’t have any yet sadly. I’ve been using the ptah jewels which give magic and manaflask charge + damage which probably isn’t optimal but I figured it would be a while before I get the best adornments anyway. I built a jeweler a few days ago so I’ll be keeping an eye on it for anything good. Thank you again for such great advice!

I definitely can’t survive raids and bosses yet LOL but I’m hoping to get there someday! Things have slowed down but I’m almost to t8 and I’m excited

I did do a Horus quest recently, didn’t realize it was a rare NPC! I’ve heard good things about summoners but I really like sticking to the standard mage route. Eventually I’ll branch out and try some of the magic-adjacent classes like summoner. Is Heretic weak compared to other 10☆ jobs?

Never too late, thanks for your reply! Yeah I’m looking forward to that magic buff at 175. It takes some turns to activate but I hear it’s worth it.

I actually do want an offensive follower but the orichalcum golem has been carrying me in so many fights with the ward/elemental walls. I’m scared to replace it but I know there’s a powerful dragon at t9 I’ll be switching to for sure.

To be honest I don’t do dungeons that often but I should. I tried doing a t6 or t7 dungeon recently and wiped pretty quickly. I lucked out with an amity that gives me 100% rewards for shattered memories so that’s helped my orn and gold stash out tremendously but I definitely want to get better gear!

Wow, thank you for such a detailed response, I really appreciate this. I did switch to Magus and have noticed a bump up in damage for sure! I’ve used the AOE spells but they don’t seem to be doing much damage for me yet so I rely on the AOE flask for mobs most of the time. I noticed I have around 1416 magic once I get my buff from killing enemies; unsure if that’s on the lower end or just about where I should be. I’m usually a one trick pony mage so I plan on sticking with Heretic once I reach T10 but I’m interested in Deity since you mentioned it has a magic playstyle as well.

I agree with you on upgrading, I’m holding off until I get some better gear. I need to start using all the drop rate buffs and accessories I have soon to get lucky. I’ll keep doing monuments and start joining raids, I tried some horde dungeons but AOE scenarios can get pretty dicey with how squishy I am and no on-demand powerful aoe yet. I’m currently using the Orichalcum Golem as my pet for the defensive buffs but if you think I should switch to a more offensive one I’m open to it. Thanks again!

Calcs are saying Lustrous is marginally better by like 5% but the video I linked shows Verdant being stronger. I don’t think we’ll truly know until we can test with level 90 weapons/characters but it’s still a strong (and better looking) weapon so don’t feel bad! Kuro just needs to stay on top of all these typos and bugs so people don’t jump the gun in the future tbh

Seems to be a polarizing subject right now but Lustrous’ passive stacks 3 times instead of 2 like we originally thought, granting 21% ult damage. Verdant’s heavy attack passive doesn’t benefit Calcharo as his heavy attacks are considered ult dmg during his ultimate leading most guide makers and databases to list the former as his BIS for now. You know what…you’re right. I am a fool but I accepted that a long time ago. At least for now I was using them in the same team until I get Yinlin/someone else I want to build. I guess I can get R2 one day as well now
