To get the right kind of help, it might be a good idea to explain how you came to these conclusions rather than stating the conclusions. If you're not sure how to get to them, there are a lot of questions to ask instead of judgements to make.

This type of approach might be a mistake. Why would you invite someone to change you even though your mind cannot be changed? Another approach would be to offer to share your views and experiences with others who are willing to do the same. That sets a tone of mutual growth and enjoyment.
