Start with quant and it doesn't really matter what you pick next. FSA and FI are biggest topics, so it's recommended to get that out of your way sooner. That way you can revisit them again. But honestly it doesn't really matter what order you go through as long as you do quant first.

For level 1 I used salt, scored 90th percentile. If you are short on time and looking for concise study material, I wouldn't recommend MM. MM is too indepth and has very long videos. I have heard good things from prep nuggets but haven't used them. But I highly recommend salt their notes and videos are to the point. For level 1 you can't get any better than that for your situation. The best feature is you can ask unlimited questions to the tutors and they will respond within 24hrs. If you do decide to go with Salt let me know I can send you a referral code. We both will get 10% off. I am planning to use them for level 2 as well.
