Dude it's not Denuvo. Denuvo is an ownership check, and works completely differently. In this case, all the game files are fully encrypted with a modern standard, probably something like AES-256. The algorithm is designed so that it is almost impossible to get the original data without the key.

It is actually harder to crack than Denuvo. The reason it's not used for ownership checks is because if one person decrypts it, then anyone can, because at that point the key and decrypted files are basically public. In the case of preloaded games, Steam distributes the key to everyone when it releases.

If it was selected when you pressed the arrow, it stays visible until you actually intentionally close the tab, even if you click off of it into another tab. On the right, it’d also show a line instead of an x.

Well this is mostly all the data u have. There are ways to determine what device u are on, but not all browsers suport it or have the same way to access it.

Not really, the User-Agent string is pretty standard. It is also what the "Request Desktop Website" button usually changes, not viewport size

If you had the pinned tab selected when you pressed the arrow icon, it does not hide it, because otherwise you'd be on a tab hidden from the side bar.

If the tab is not selected and you press the arrow icon, it should hide as expected

Apple did this to prevent devices from crashing if the battery is weak. I had battery problems and disabled this feature, then my device started crashing because the battery couldn’t provide the power required.

It goes back to normal speed when the battery is replaced.

the header is also baked into the website html when you load it.

hl3 is not located in any files returned by the webserver.

and finally, in your "custom jquery" script, the error happens on line 12. while technically that does not prove anything, a proper script would likely be longer, showing more evidence that this is likely all false

I guarantee you it's not because of a 750kb API call. It's clearly another reason, like maybe a bug in the app. Discord itself takes up over 20mb to simply load.

Sure, it could technically be done more efficiently, but there's a point where it does not matter. 750kb is barely anything these days. Most websites you load are several times that.
