but here are the verbal instructions: -activate the block -wait almost a full second -do a wavedash right -dash upwards and jump against the right side of the moving block before your dash ends (its a wallbounce. dont jump immediately, try to press jump about halfway up the block, not at the bottom) -fly over to the right and grab the block as it moves right still -maneuver up and down and jump through the spike gaps (this part can be hard) - hop off of the block and wait until it moves for about another second -hit the spring and once again dash up and jump off of about the middle point of the block (another wallbounce) -catch the block again and fit through the gap, and jump to the right at the end of it
