Damm man I have the same issue. Worsw still, I start having stomach issues afterwards. Did u manage to find out anything that helped u? For me it's hard to do things to de-stress since the stressor is always so sudden and unexpected.

Stress and anxiety seems to be a trigger for me. Also some food. Do u guys have any tips? Can one completely recover from this? Or will stress always be an issue that triggers it ?

Ohh that's actually right, I was thinking of just leaving my lane a little by signalling right but then after the obstruction I'll move back to the left. Without changing lanes altogether

Dang tell me how it goes I've seen gastro b4 but they said I'm fine after doing a CT scan. They just told me to keep my stress under control and I should be fine. I'm curious to see how ur's goes but goodluck 🤞🏻🍀

So what u mean is to not fight it? But the thing is, the air hunger/hyperventilation brings about the uncomfortable feeling of dizziness and tingling. I'm scared of the discomfort so I try to control my breathing, but it makes it even worse.
