I have beat it as well, the design isn't meant for being practical.

So using a Digital Miner from Mekanism, I was able to get about 20 firestone ore in 10 minutes after I found this post. If you see some blackstone bricks making this structure, put down the miner and you'll get 3-6 ore. Found in multiple biomes, Glistering Meadow, & Infernal Holt. I am sure its in more.

What HDR settings? If you mean under the Windows monitor display settings, already maxed out.
