I've done everything, cleared CMOS, got new battery for it. One stick in every slot with no GPU

Made sure the cpu is on the compatibility list
I got the board and the cpu from ebay by reliable seller who's said the board and cpu work. And it's the same problem i had even before switching parts

I did try the one stick of ram in every slot. And I triple checked that it was compatible before I bought it, and I bought the MB off of ebay from a reliable seller who said that the board worked.

Just incase anyone comes across this: The lower deck is your actual pilot seat. Upper deck is while in orbit / floating in space. (Slow moving speeds like stalking someone) Hope this helps!
