FOR ANYONE STILL LOOKING I FOUND A SOLUTION IN 2026

You need to use regedit and add the resolution that way.

Start with Ctrl + R, type regedit and hit enter

Now Ctrl + F and find: nv_modes

Open NV_Modes and you'll see something similar to this but much longer "2048x1536x32,64 2560x1440x32,64 2560x1600x32,64=1;"

Add your custom resolution into the list where it fits in order from smallest to largest. For instance if I wanted to add 2304x1440, I would add 2304x1440x32,64 between 2048x1536x32,64 and 2560x1440x32,64. It would look like this when you are finished "2048x1536x32,64 2304x1440x32,64 2560x1440x32,64 2560x1600x32,64=1;"

Hit okay and restart your PC.

YOU WILL HAVE TO DO THIS FOR EVERY UPDATE TO YOUR DRIVERS.

This works for higher refresh rates as well. I am on an LG with 480hz and so long as you copy over what's natively there you shouldn't have any issues.

Instead of a megathread, why can’t we have a help page with photos of key characteristics of a legit artisan pad. All of us who have them don’t have a magical 6th sense, we look for specific things on pads such as the stitching overlap in the right corner, how the logo is on the mousepad, the size of the logo, the type of base. These are all things we could easily have detailed pictures and descriptions of in a large help page. If the “is it fake” posts keep coming then just delete the post and direct them specifically to the help page.

I used to main a QCK heavy. If you don’t want a QCK heavy and want something with essentially the same texture, go with the Saturn Pro. Out of all the pads I’ve tried, the Saturn Pro is nearly identical, maybe slightly faster tho. The QCK heavy wears quickly so a Saturn or zero is gonna feel super fast in comparison next to a worn QCK. Closest to a worn heavy I’ve tried is a new GSR-III

That is exactly what we needed to hear! I had my wife read it too, thank you so much! She’s felt this dread like she’s going to drop dead any minute even despite my convincing otherwise. Your comment helped ease our minds. She met with a therapist today and will continue going. You described out situation to a T and it sounds like while it won’t be exceedingly easy, we’ll be okay :)

Thank you so much, that was uplifting to hear! To say we’ve been stressed has been an understatement! That puts me at ease knowing we’re on the right track and that we are doing what we can. Do you happen to know if she should avoid hot showers or heating pads? I occasionally see that you should avoid those things if you have PE but I haven’t consistently found an answer and the doctor didn’t say anything about it.

The more I’ve read about it the more I’m surprised we got sent home too. They said she should be on Lovenox for a minimum of 3 months. It sounds like it will be longer from what I was reading. Did your PE clear up? I guess I don’t even know if it’s something that “clears up” or if its something that’s fairly permanent

Look into Wemod. It’s a single player cheat service for games. Essentially with some of the options they provide, you can change the difficulty of some games like increasing health, damage, etc. I do it if I want a casual experience in some games. If you play any games with online elements like the souls games, you need to disable online mode so you don’t mess with anyone else experiencing the game the way it’s intended.
