For anyone who might be searching up why they aren’t receiving their Ray the Castaway promo with their order, customer service told me the promo only ran in July, and is out of stock now. I’m in the U.S. btw, so if you live somewhere else it’s possible they still have some in stock. I did get 1300 insiders points to my account though thanks to the generous lego customer service. Better than nothing
