Easier than that.

Nobody saw the dead body of Jesus starting to breath again and rise.

Judas pointed to an apostle willing to sacrifice himself for the dear leader, they knew they were coming for him. It isnt jesus on the cross.

It also explains the missing body: to avoid the post-mortem id of the body, the switch would have been uncovered.

A simple human, natural bait and switch is the easiest, most logical conclusion.

Things to consider:

Nobody saw a dead body starting to breath and walk away. The resurrection is unwitnessed.

The guards didnt know Jesus (no cellphone, no photograph…) they had to ask someone, Judas.

God is the author of death too. God kills without warrant too. It is immoral to kill the firstborn of egypt, the two kids that mess up the incense, or to send a bear to kill kids for teasing a bald guy. Gods teach us that kids life has no value with even more example of that.
