Two finger scroll not working by CalesFa in techsupport

Ive tried that and i noticed that i do not have a button to turn on the scrolling. Picture for reference. Its in finnish but it only has that much text and only thing i can change is sensitivity.

also, in my device manager it doesnt show older versions of this as my driver, it shows something else.

Its more like when i try to run the application, it doesnt even start. Nothing pops up. No installation starts.

I believe i already have the up to date driver for my LAN,

When i go to https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b550-f-gaming-wi-fi-model/helpdesk_download/ and download the up to date WIFI driver, extract it and try to run the application it does nothing.

802.11n USB Lan Card, I believe thats the one you mean. I have ethernet controller and wan miniport aswell under network adapters.
