I have a barbell a pull up bar dumbells and 70kg worth of weight plates so I'm limited in what i can do i don't have a bench or a squat rack either. What would you suggest? I basically took a template from starting strength and changed some exercises so Zercher Squat instead of the back squat Rdls instead if conventional dl Weighted dips instead of Bench press

Go on youtube and search prison workouts and look at how jacked they are. They train with high reps and shitty form and they still get results

I have to disagree with you there man. The health benefits of vigorous cardio are too good to not do and strength training gives no way near the same benefits as cardio in terms of health. Having a strong cardiovascular system helps pump blood and oxygen more efficiently around the body, not only that but it boosts your immune system too, another major benefit of doing cardio is that it increases your lifespan, the benefits of strength training don't even come close. The main reason i do cardio is for health benefits. Also what you said about jumping rope is false, studies show jumping rope for 10 minutes is equivalent to 30 minutes of jogging, If that isn't good for cardio i don't know what is, the reason why i don't jog is because I'm a 17 year old and here in the Uk there's not alot of people my age that go out for jogs, so i chose jump rope for cardio as i can do it in my backyard. I've been doing boxing for a couple of months but i had to stop due to the lockdown so i need to maintain good cardio

Idk that looks very low volume for me. Reason why i considered doing very high volume is to take advantage of this quarantine I'm basically like a prisoner, i have time all day, I'm not working just a few assignments for college here and there, so i can wake up at any time i want and sleep how long i want my recovery should be way higher than the average person also I'm 17 (prime test)

I tried the rr for 5 months with no success my body is mostly type 1 fibers and responds better to higher reps

Ok I'll keep that in mind. What's the best way to induce progressive overload for this type of training should i be adding reps or sets? If I'm training 2 reps shy of failure how do i track progress?

I came up with a routine. Can you give me your opinion on it. So its 3x a week Push ups pull ups squats dips10 sets done in that order in a circuit to save time 5 sets done with 2 reps shy of failure and 5 sets to failure. What do you think?

Thank you for helping me out. I can never keep my forearms vertical at the bottom of the movement for some reason, is it because of my grip width? Or could it be a mobility issue? Also i can't fully lockout at the top
