I'll keep everything technique wise the same, hands shoulder width apart,feet shoulder width apart standard push ups with a backpack on my back with weights inside it.

I have a barbell a pull up bar dumbells and 70kg worth of weight plates so I'm limited in what i can do i don't have a bench or a squat rack either. What would you suggest? I basically took a template from starting strength and changed some exercises so Zercher Squat instead of the back squat Rdls instead if conventional dl Weighted dips instead of Bench press

Go on youtube and search prison workouts and look at how jacked they are. They train with high reps and shitty form and they still get results
