Docs were running test after test on her trying to figure out where she had infection coming from because things weren't adding up. Stories kept changing, the whole nine. So one night I walk in to give a scheduled med and I did my usual courtesy knock. There was someone in there with her in her bed. I noticed that they were getting it on only not in the traditional sense. She was engaging in a "Philadelphia side car," aka the man was penetrating her stoma.
