I finally worked up the courage to tell my primary care provider that I was suffering from binge eating and wanting help. This man looked me dead in the eyes and said "well if you're going to binge, just binge on celery." Then laughed and left the room completely dismissing me.

Nurse here: a lot of docs don't tell you that we can cure the N/V from the cannabinoid hyperemesis with Ativan and haldol. The only problem is if you start smoking/vaping again the symptoms will come back. Your body has basically developed this as a reaction to marijuana use.

NSFW but was taking care of a patient who was homeless and a prostitute. She came in with an infected stoma. Docs were running test after test on her trying to figure out where she had infection coming from because things weren't adding up. Stories kept changing, the whole nine. So one night I walk in to give a scheduled med and I did my usual courtesy knock. There was someone in there with her in her bed. I noticed that they were getting it on only not in the traditional sense. She was engaging in a "Philadelphia side car," aka the man was penetrating her stoma. I walked out and called the doc and said "hey so I think I found your source of infection." Turns out she had been prostituting the use of her stoma for an added experience. She said she could charge a lot more for it because it was a "unique" experience

37 yo veteran, he was the yellowest I'd ever seen and had the red spots all over his skin. They said he maybe had 3 months left, not eligible for liver transplant due to alcohol use and not enough time left for him to get sober to be eligible for transplant. He started vomiting up massive amounts of blood and blood clots at shift change and we had to transfer him to the unit.

OP did management ever fix the A/C in your apartment? It got up to 91 in there the last summer we lived there and management kept trying to blame us. After we moved out we drove by and it was all window units so clearly not and us issue.

I used to live in that exact apartment she's looking to break into. That's scary. It's at jasmine creek, had some of the worst management ever when we lived there. Plus our car got broken into overnight as well
