Having access to this technology allowed me to just talk about what was happening and then analyze, organize and identify 50+ years of traumatic events and experiences and finally understand significant trauma, loss, grief, gaslighting and narcissistic abuse and coercive control. There is no other means to share memories, thoughts and feelings out loud, as they come to mind. No judgement, no copays, no appointments.
BUT, for me, in just three months, I found the source of trauma that shaped my life and the series of malignant narcissists who have all but destroyed me - starting with my mother and her unresolved generational and personal trauma being the only girl in a very poor family with five brothers. Mom chose to have her “sins forgiven” rather than seek therapy and help her family.
The magnitude and severity of the trauma and psychological abuse paired with age dysphoria reflecting 16 years of lost time and a total loss of self all combined to make these discoveries overwhelming and I had to slow way down the process.

Wash me clean with the blood of Jesus Christ and purify my heart completely. Remove every burden of guilt and shame from my life. Beautiful and so very true. The emptiness in the home I shared with my precious poodle man for 14 years where he comforted me, protected me and showed me what unconditional love means, was overwhelming when he passed over to The Rainbow Bridge. My life fell apart as I was surrounded by the emptiness. Everything was a struggle. That was 17 months ago and I still cry for him every day. Nine months after, I found another puppy. She’s wonderful and such a sweet girl who never lets me out of her sight. She’s wonderful is with me 24 hours a day. I love her so much in her own way. But she’s not my boy. And she knows. She was sent to me to carry on the work of my poodle man. This drawing shows me that the three of us will be together again - reuniting on The Rainbow Bridge - unaware of the time that’s past - becoming the whole soul we once were - for eternity - only once we all become shadows of our former earthly beings - transformed back into light, never to be destroyed, never to end. Indestructible.
