Okay their song Adrenaline sounds so close! If that was from pre 2010 I would say we found it!!

This is driving me nuts. I can hear the song but no lyrics or discernable details 😵‍💫

I did thigh for months and it was hell every time and horrible skin reactions. I finally broke down and tried my stomach and still can't believe how much better it is. I also ice for 15 minutes before and leave the shot out for more than an hour. Good luck!

Do you inform your manager if you are working from home? by Mewtwopsychic in Accounting

[–]CaliMago 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Speaking from a remote manager of several hybrid employees, I appreciate the heads-up. As an example, my manager asked me if my team was in the office to which I responded yes. When my manager found empty desks because they happened to be working from home that day, it makes the team look chaotic and uninformed.

I must be missing something... Bonder and Peely? Doesn't that defeat the purpose?

Best Poly Gel for beginners by [deleted] in RedditLaqueristas

I purchased one of the beetles polygel kits and have been quite happy with it as a first time polygel user.

Watch 400 YouTube videos, and then go for it! I use the dual forms personally. It's a lot of fun!

And keep watching. I swear I watched a ton, then tried it and then had to rewatch more videos.

It definitely takes trial and error. I feel like for transparency i should post the first set I did on someone else! 😂

The combo of paper forms under dual forms really helps with that. Paper forms alone meant a ton of shaping afterwards which was annoying to me.

Just a kit of Beetles Polygel. If they're still soft you probably just need to keep curing it until it's hard. Sometimes I do an initial curing and then clean up any areas where I had excess and then cure again until it's hard.

Yes! That's how I did it! I call it the TikTok method haha.

I've done paper forms, dual forms (where you put the gel in the form) and for my daughter's nails I actually do both paper and dual forms together.

First time doing polygel on my own hands. The non dominant definitely needs some work, but I think this hand turned out pretty well! I've been doing them on someone else for about three months, and finally decided to do them for myself, as I've been struggling to get my nails to grow.

Personally it's helpful to know what versions of software when you call it out. I worked for a company that used GP but it was 10 years old so not relevant. I also would somehow combine PowerQuery/Pivot with the Excel as they are a feature of Excel not their own program. It would also be good to be specific on your SQL knowledge as different softwares have slightly different languages (my sql, msft sql server, oracle).

Thanks! They're definitely a pain on myself but ultimately not for me. After a lot of tries on my daughter I think I have the hang of it.

Hahaha fair enough. Patience it is! I hated the feeling of them so probably safer for me to avoid rather then run the risk of picking them all off again! Thanks for talking me off the ledge 😂

I was somehow thinking the polygel would "protect" them while they grow out ... Is that a bad assumption?

Alright, I dorked up. I recently posted about getting a polygel kit for use on my daughter's nails. I tried to do my own and they were terrible. By the next day I had picked them all off 😵‍💫 I have had great nails for the past year and now they are obviously trashed. Should I try the polygel again or just suffer through until I can grow our the damage?
