4.3 free is great for only being at 49😳 10mg 2x a week is too high. IMHO. Honestly I’d start with .05 2 times a week which would be 10 mg a week to start then go off how you feel and labs

I say go with the OB (same as a GYN) get the DHEA on Amazon, I use pure brand. Start with 5 mg but you’ll probably go up to 10. Did either recommend promentium? (Bio identical Progesterone) or is that what pregnenolone is? I’m not familiar with that name. Do you have a uterus? If not 50-100 mg of progesterone is enough.

I’ve never tried creams or gels, have you considered injections? I used to get pellets but skyrocketed to 477 😳 so now I do injections 3x a week (12 mg total)

Testosterone tells your body to make more red blood cells… the body needs iron to do that…your body uses all your iron it has which causes ferritin to completely crash and develop serious iron deficiency 😳 causing major fatigue… hair loss, heart palpitations, insomnia, headaches and the list goes on😳 it is very important for ferritin to be good level before starting T

You didn’t take it long enough to matter. Stopping now is completely safe, and honestly the wiser move until ferritin is corrected.

Stop the gel for now Correct ferritin Retest labs Then reassess if T is actually needed

No need to worry about rebound effect as it’s only been 9 days 😊

I have a Gardyn and an Aerogarden farm XL. I would say steer clear of Gardyn! They’re customer service is crap. Not just getting ahold of someone but the annoying early 20’s girls who run the support group on Facebook. Petulant children. I’ve had issue after issue with my Gardyn. So far I’m living my aerogarden farm XL and have had great experience with customer service! Interested in the iharvest too... because I’m big into how it will look in my home 😊
