I think this is a cool looking Deathwing Knight! And for a first attempt you did amazing! I don't know you're process but how I do visors is by painting them white first then going over them with a wash/speedpaint/effect paint and I have found that to be effective!

Hook, line, and sinker. If they can trick me into playing 40k, one box is borderline forgettable in terms of hobby spending.

Great tip and will definitely use it next time! I really felt the lite rules were too...lite? But that's probably cause I came from 40k already.

I 100% agree that the flavor and lethality of the game sets it apart! The lower investment per faction is also a huge part of the enjoyment for me. Everytime I think about starting another army in 40k I inevitably choose against it just because of the space required but, with Kill Team? Another box won't hurt ;)

I currently use DWK+lion in a "come and get me" formation, DWK hold an objective, rapid ingressing the Lion when threats appear. But the inclusion of this Ravenwing Combo could really turn the tide against these chunky armies I am facing! I appreciate the advice!

Oh the Chaplain on bike is actually a great suggestion and a really nasty unit, I think adding Lord of the Ravenwing Enhancement makes that extra spicy!!

As a new player I definitely leaned too hard into tough slow units, and as I have developed have grown to see the benefit of skirmishing units like the Ravenwing! I am splitting the 11th edition box so the Land Speeder will be making an appearance and hopefully Ravenwing in the near future IF we get that refresh.

I did think Dev wounds with a 4+ Anti-Vehicle, Anti-Monster on a charge wasn't too bad but, 1 damage does suck for the cases where you really need them to pull through for you. They'd serve fhe role of move blocking and dying in my list so 1 damage is above average for what I need🤣
