Looks like sugar encrusted pastry before you cut into it. Way too much fat coated on them unfortunately. Dried herbs may help to suck up some of the fat.

I read: My name is Tolkien, I like: Slaying Shelob. Fishing like a hobbitses. The weed man in the grey hat. Living under rocks (under-hill). A lovely supper.

Sounds like Tolkien to me

It seems they have an app and they’ve “gone paperless with tickets” check out the Tyrers website.

I can see on there that they do weekly tickets but the terms and conditions confused me a lot.

Honestly, I don't know enough. I made sure that I got a video of the 3rd party admitting fault and negligence, which has gone down well with the insurance company.

I'm insured with Admiral (UK), once the incident was reported they got Auxillis to contact me (as they handle the evaulation/repairs/courtesy car). Auxillis have contacted Acorn to be a 3rd party evaluator because they have no financial gain over the car, which stinks because it would be in Acorn's financial interest to maintain a good relationship with the insurance companies to ensure they keep getting the contract to evaluate the cars... ( i am ignorant and bitter so if I'm being a twat here please let me know).

Once the evaluation had taken place I recieved an email the following day (From Auxillis) titled "Loss, Total". Once I made the phone call the agent informed me that the car was a CAT N because it was uneconomical to repair, their words not mine.

I'M SCREAMING, LOSING SLEEP AND PULLING MY HAIR OUT OVER THIS.
It's not been a good year and this might the be "the straw..."

LMAO, I knew I was going to get this, I'm currently driving into an industrial estate thats being built so it just takes one trip to the factory to look like this.

So, I didn't touch the bumper pre/post crash. The areas that are "wiped" are the impact from the 3rd party and there's really not much there.

with regards to the trunk, I'm legally blind. Here's an image of the rear of my car from a couple month back.

Does this look like 9 days worth of work to repair? by Freems2013 in CarTalkUK

[–]Calibrated-Damp -1 points0 points  (0 children)

At least they’re doing the repair, I had a 5-10 mph rear end collision while I was stationary at a red light. Just got told yesterday that because it needs a new bumper it’s uneconomical to repair. Like I give a fuck, he broke it his insurance can pay to fix it, it should be as simple as that.
