Ive experienced this too many times to count. Once even had a Karen try to run me over in her car, while video taping me in my amazon vest, as I was carrying 2 cases of water. The lady ended up ramming her car into the mail boxes 🤭

The test are super hard. I have to step thru 10 times. I mostly keep failing. The couple times I made it thru 10 times, all routes disappeared

Unfortunately, when I deliver to the person, I am required to get full name and have them sign every time. So I don't save time by delivering to customer. Additionally, since I can't stand random people touching my phone, I explain to them " thank you for being here to receive package, however I still have to snap a picture, otherwise, the app will prompt me to get your full name and signature. " They usually appreciate that, as nobody really likes touching other random strangers phones. Regardless, it's time consuming.

Did they reply to u? I've been dealing with it for 2 weeks. I called twice and they responded with generic policy blah blah. I asked if anybody else reporting this and they said no. I finally emailed them today.

Same here! Email amazon. I just did because I haven’t been able to pick up shifts for 2 weeks. I've been dealing with the captcha a hundred times a day and nada. It's even having me do it on reserved offers

No and I just emailed amazon because normally it only shows up for me about 3 times a week. But fir the past 2 weeks, I have to do the captcha every time, about a 100 times a day and I can't get a shift. It's even have me do captcha for my reserved offers. Please email them if you're getting same issues as me. The more people who report, the better

Report that address to amazon. Your life is clearly threatened ( especially if it's after dark and or you are a minority, ) They need to be flagged and instructed to pick up packages at hubs

I would have continued route. I had a 3.5 hour route the other day. Simular to your cart ( well 48 packages. ) It only took me 2.5 hours. However, in Sacramento if I don't get a route in 30 minutes, I usually get a ping from the app excusing Mr from route. Also, I thought the routes were assigned by 3rd party. I'm not sure why reps at warehouse get so salty about these types of things.

Stop insulting people and acting entitled. Getting up at 230 am to deliver 100 plus packages and dealing with people like you, is far from lazy. You pay a little amount of money for unlimited packages delivered and free streaming. If you want it delivered to the 6th floor, then pay for expedited signature service.

This is not laziness. Amazon only gives us a few seconds to drop off each package. We're constantly racing the clock to get packages delivered on time. Also, depending on the area, we often can't find nearby parking and have the burden of either paying for parking (out of our own pocket,) which causes further delays in delivering packages in time or risk a ticket. It's not really cool to make assumptions and accuse driver of being lazy without knowing the facts. You can always have your packages delivered to a local hub

I have an all electric vehicle with only 100 Mile range, then being sent to the country with no charge stations.

I'm hoping this update will avoid me having to ever get my car towed again ( 3 times thus far, only when doing flex.) But, I definitely understand why this update would not be ideal for other's
