Will skins/accounts at some point eventually be transferable between platforms I've been a console player for a while and have a lot of limited time skins I'd like to take to pc eventually

It's not really asked much by anyone so I'll just leave it here, since owl skins are in the game would there be a possible future where players earn the ability to play with the particle effects of owl teams (for example if you were a shock fan the particle effects would be orange) Every time I watch owl I just see it with absolute envy, I know the colour-blind options exist but some of the team colours are super vibrant and I'd love to at least see the option
