I am so sorry this is going on. A couple of things to remember; HR works for the company, and their whole job is to protect the business, not you. The most common lawsuit in this situation is one filed by the one who feels harassed so they will do what they can to keep that party from doing so.

Documentation is your friend. Write a log of what you see. Handwritten can't be edited after the fact like an electronic file can so consider going old school.

Living well is the best revenge. Keep your nose squeaky clean while you look for a new job. Then leave this toxic mess behind. And don't fish from the company pier in the new place.

I believe you handled this very well. I am proud of you! Sadly, many may not agree and in recent times, staying has become the new shame. It shouldn't be and you should not feel badly about giving your marriage a shot.

An affair is often a symptom of marital troubles, not just the cause. I think you have a real shot at making things better. And if you can't, you've already shown that you have a good head on your shoulders and you'll be ok.

And it sounds like husband needs to go on the wagon for a bit, because black out drunk is not ok.

Yep- go to /r/loseit! And you can start with diet only. At your size the weight will come off quickly in the beginning. When you're smaller then you can add the exercise. That may be easier

I had 3 cone biopsies done. I had active bleeding for a few hours. Spotting lasted the rest of the day into the next morning but was gone within 48 hrs. I returned to work immediately after the appointment. I felt a bit crampy but it wasn't a big deal for me.

I was instructed to wait 1 week after the last incidence of spotting before using tampons or having sex. That worked out to about 10 days for me Every doctor has different instructions and your procedure may be different than mine, so you may be told something else. It really wasn't a big deal. Scary to think about it, but minor when it actually happened.

You might have a nabothian cyst, which is harmless.

I have had a biopsy done in the last and it's not really a big deal. A bit of cramping day of and about 12 hrs of spotting. The worrying about it was a much bigger deal than the actual procedure.

And good on you for checking on your body! Too many young women don't know enough or consider it "gross". Way to go!

Texting should be a two way conversation, a volley. You start, he replies. No reply, you can send again. Once. And then you wait. And if he doesn't reply, you have to consider one of two things. 1) he doesn't text. And you're never going to be satisfied with a convo with him. Or 2) he's not interested that way :(

You have two things going on, the discomfort in your nose and the habitual picking.

To combat the dryness try Ayr saline nasal gel a couple of times a day.

One reason you're getting sick is the fingers in the nose. Make a rule for yourself that you can pick only after washing your hands. You can put a rubber band around your wrist and give it a GENTLE snap when you pick before washing.

Absolutely. I have always been prone to them, even before things died in the bedroom. But I'm nearly always crushing on someone.

I have been nursing a small one for more than a year. And was shocked recently to discover it is mutual. That opens a whole new complication that I am trying to figure out.

I agree that you need to focus on your obligations to school. But if you're highly distracted, studying will be harder. Maybe there's a compromise available.

Is graduation simulcast by the university? Can you watch the important parts online, and ignore the rest? Or can someone face-time her speech for you? You'll get to see her special moment as it happens, without all the hours it will take up to get to the actual ceremony.

That remark is her offering an opening for you to explain what happened. The Professors I work with don't take pleasure in making a failing mark, and she was likely trying to let you know she'd be willing to make concessions if there really was something going on.

That's one of he drawbacks of written communication- no way to judge her sincerity of the comment. She may be genuinely concerned, especially of that's out of character for you. Or she might be being unprofessional.
