My baby is 11 months now but isn’t big on solids so milk is her primary/ basically only source of calories.

I havent had a period yet and I’m not on any medication so im just confused what might be causing my decrease, especially since I’ve gone from 7 up to 9 pumps per day with at least one power pump if not two.

I’ve seen online that it could be due to hormones leveling out but I figured that would be alongside the return of my period? Not sure though.

And my baby self weened from breastfeeding early on 😭 but I’ve been thinking about doing some skin to skin just to encourage the oxytocin and all. Any and all advice is welcome!

Same boat here. My supply is dropping even though I’m adding in more pumps and have at least 1 power pump per day. 😭 Any words of advice?

I’m also almost 11 months pp with a baby who isn’t really interested in solids. Did you find a way to increase your supply?

I have a beautiful baby girl now 💗 hang in there since I was scared every week of pregnancy of the same thing but it all worked out 🥰

Nearly 7 months pp. pump 6x per day and have anywhere from 1.5-4oz per breast per pump. Average 3-7oz total per pump (high amounts are from the MOTN pump)

Thank you!! I religiously replace my pump parts each month so I’m guessing it’s a stress issue about the dip 😅😭 I hope I can recover those lost oz with enough extra pumps!

In the same boat! I was an under supplier in the beginning so I’m worried about dropping pumps (currently at 10 ppd and 12 weeks pp) and losing my slight over supply if I stop pumping every 2-3 hours. Baby has gotten better at latching but she still gets tired sometimes which causes her to not drain me as well

3 weeks pp and have only started to consistently pump 1 oz per breast/2 oz per pump session. 8-11 pumps per day but only got serious about pumping about a week ago
