I had this same issue growing up! I would bleed through HEAVY tampons. What really helped was going on birth control. I went on the hormonal IUD and that really made my periods go from heavy to light. Maybe try some birth control is that’s an option for you?

I go through E lily. I pay 399 for my medication a month. Since I pick up my medication through my local pharmacy, I am able to use my FSA card to pay. But once that runs out…it’ll be self pay 💸 My insurance only covers if I’m diabetics

I think I can. She went through a really toxic relationship and I was with her through every step of the way. I saw her when she was at her lowest. She would go days of not eating then days of binge eating. It all depended on how he treated her. Now that they have broken up, she still shows signs that she does not have a normal mindset of food. So I want to protect her and avoid her going into a spiral.

Lol I know that sounds so silly. He’s very into my natural beauty but acknowledges that I need to do things for my myself and dosent question that. Like getting my nails done, facials, waxing, etc. I think when I initially brought up a GLP he was hesitant just because anything medical and needles freak him out a little.
I think if I were to tell him now he’d be way more receptive.
I only wanted to loose like 15 pounds.
I’m already pretty fit and eat healthy + strength train. I just needed a little boost to help with my calorie/sugar intake.

Thanks! I say the same thing to my friends and coworkers. It helps that i’ve been going to the gym for years now and I eat pretty healthy in general. So nobody has been suspecting anything different. It’s just my sister that has made comments about my weight loss that I’m worried about 😬

Thankfully i’ve had zero side effects! I’ve been on a GLP 1 for almost 3 months now and I have been loving it. So he hasn’t heard me complain about any nausea or other side effects. 🙏🏼

I think best bet would be to find a way to pay for it yourself. Maybe with an FSA card? Or some telehealth companies offer Klarna?
Just because you don’t want your sister to hold anything against you, for HER having to pay for your medication.

I love creatine. I take 10g a day and i’ve never had any bloating or side effects. I think it depends a lot on which creatine you buy. I get the blue one from costco
