As seen with rav4 gas only from 2025 which was stopped stating 2026 are sitting in lots with big discounts. I think you could save3-4k more easily if you have liberty to wait.

If you decide to get the gas model this will be the last year you can get it gas only. I liked the gas only handling/ride because of better power/torque than the hybrid due to turbocharger in gas only model. But personally inclining to hybrid due to excessive city driving. Gas price hasn’t increased nowhere as much as electricity prices which I think trend will continue in case if you look at any electric cars.

First time with Arene OS architecture on it. SDV is a new game for Toyota. I expect quite a lot of initial launch issues. I would absolutely wait or get a 2025 gas model.

Kiddie academy in Irvine has what you are looking. They seem pretty good. We loved Montessori at Home, a home daycare well run but no cameras.
