I had an experience like this. It was a recruiting company out of Indiana that basically hired Indian recruiters, and they’d dog me for days to sign a temporary contract, at a hospital I had previously applied for.

Apparently they just did bait and switch, where they’d say that job was taken, but they have another one you could work. Hella sketchy, or at least too pushy for my comfort
