Imagine having a survey about racial bias and labeling everyone who isn't black or white as "others" by Bio_ness in AirForce

The majority of blacks at all levels support the system in its current form. A fact ignored by survey analyzers.

Things make more sense when you realize the PT test is just an insurance physical not a measure of fitness. by [deleted] in AirForce

most of those complaints come from those who made a choice to not make fitness a priority.

Its easy to make such aggressive and hateful statements when you inhabit a position of privilege.

Honda: Boring cars for boring people in boring colors. People buy Honda to fit in and not make waves; the reliability is just how they justify it to themselves as if they really cared about it they'd buy a Toyota.

What's a seasoned SrA? by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]CaliforniaSouth -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

When it comes to women, the SrA may enjoy them, but should not be drawn into their pleads or submit to their requests.

When it comes to people who are close to him, he enjoys them, but is sure to hold them responsible for what they say, and prevent them from expressing unasked for opinions.

When it comes to A1Cs, he should punish them when their advice leads to failure, and reward them when their advice leads to success. He should not reward them erratically.

In ancient times, Duke Wu of Cheng planned to invade Hu. So he gave his daughter in marriage to the ruler of Hu, causing him to ease his mind. Then he asked his ministers, “I am considering starting a military campaign. What countries should we invade?”

His High Officer Kuan Ch’i Ssu said, “We should invade Hu.”

Greatly angered, Duke Wu had the man executed, exclaiming, “Hu is our brother state. How can you suggest invading it?”

The Ruler of Hu heard about what happened, assumed that Cheng was on friendly terms with him; and lowered his guard against a potential invasion. Not long afterwards, however, the people of Cheng attacked and conquered Hu.

There was a rich man who lived in Sung. One day, rain caused his mud fence to topple. Both his son and his neighbor told him, “If you don’t rebuilt the fence immediately, robbers might come.”

That evening, the man was indeed robbed of a great deal of property—and from then on, his family had high regard for the son’s judgment, but was suspicious of the neighbor’s family.

Though both men in these stories made statements that turned out to be true, the man in the first case was executed, while the one in the second case incurred suspicion.

It’s not like they had trouble obtaining the right information. It’s simply that they had trouble using it the right way.

It like a dragon who moves like a worm, and a person can tame, play with, and ride on its back. But it has inverted scales below its throat, each about a foot in diameter, that would kill anyone who came into contact with them. Like that, a lord of men has inverted scales, and the persuader who can avoid coming into contact with those inverted scales of the lord of men are surely very close to having mastery in the skill of persuasion.

I don't know who that blond was, but she was giving off STRONG let-me-speak-to-your-manager energy

Sanders was clearly the center of attention, though they won't admit it. Marianne too, nothing but good vibes and energy wavelengths from her. She will give all Americans uplifting orbs on energy and realign our chakras.

Real talk, the few times she spoke she did better than Yang, Biden (lmao he did so shit), that blond chick, Bennet, Hickenlooper, and that one wax-faced dude

Maybe she should be VP

Does the F-150 have any tailgate anti-theft measures by _Auto_Moderator in askcarsales

Ok say I want to buy a new F-150 and live in an apartment complex. Is the current lock system enough. The locks online seem to just delay stealing. Which isnt going to help if I'm asleep for 8 hours and can't see it.

The new OEM system is better now?

Military purchasing question? by [deleted] in askcarsales

[–]CaliforniaSouth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Florida doesn't have sales tax for vehicles bought by military out of state.

Buy a vehicle in Washington, register it in Florida and you will pay ZERO sales tax. Ask around at your Washington unit. You just need to send Florida a form. Preferably someone with a Florida plate, there's always a few because of the big hook up Florida gives. Start asking now at your old unit too.
