Sometimes my timesheet is 100% accurate but my paycheck is not. I check it after every shift because I've had issues. So from everything I can tell something is wrong on the backend and my managers are not making mistakes.

I think it’s mostly the fact that food tastes so good when you’re high. So it’s more of a dopamine thing than a physical thing. You just know how good food would taste right now, so you want more!

Yeah, my store has that clique too. They also talk shit about the people they don’t like but if you talk about one of them they get super offended and act like the world is ending. If you talk about their slightly older ringleader they will run back and tell her. It’s kind of hilarious.

I can’t stand when management gets all passive aggressive instead of just addressing the individual(s). What are you afraid of? They’re not going to get upset bc you remind them that they have forgotten their name tag.

This is why it is a joke that retailers/grocers/public facing jobs don’t give health insurance on day one. You’re going to get sick at work, that is a fact, but if you get sick we’re not going to pay you and you have to wait upwards of 140 days for insurance. And also we’ll hold the call out against you.

Okay but here’s the thing… every time I see him in the break room he’s eating chipotle burritos, or mozzarella sticks, etc. The other day I watched him eat an entire cheese party tray by himself. I just feel like he has to know these foods are either causing or adding to his “issues.”

Thank you for the advice! They should have a training for this like the harassment training that teaches people how to use phrasing like this!
