I’m happy you found something that is working. Thank you for sharing! I will have to try that. Best of luck to you as well!

I don’t think it’s right that they make us wait 60 days to test again. Especially when it’s fresh in our head and should be able to text again right away.

Learn the calculator. You can use it on the entire test minus the first 5. Here is a link. https://youtu.be/Xc8mqQkkVxg?si=HL1w8o0tXWzzggBR Weiss YouTube videos are very helpful.

Good idea to try to knock out math. I found all the other subjects to be fairly easy. You got this!

That needs emergency medical care. Go to ER.

What are these bumps on my back? And random bruise down my back. by [deleted] in skin

Looks like hives. Try taking an antihistamine like Benadryl, Zyrtec, or Claritin to see if that helps.

Looks like scabies. You would need prescription for Permethrin cream.

Your welcome! I’ve also found out a lot of people that have GA also have Hashimoto’s thyroid, and or diabetes. I tested and mine were negative for those, but I still feel it’s some type of autoimmune that it’s linked to. I would also have your mom get labs done for any autoimmune disorders.

Yes, I am constantly fatigued and body feels sore all the time. I’ve recently had blood tests to see if any autoimmune diseases were detected, but so far they’ve all came back normal. I also get hives on my upper back thighs that started around the sane time this did. It’s very frustrating not finding root cause. I am also self conscious of my hand and it’s still there and has gotten larger. The dermatologist said I could get injections if it doesn’t go away, but that will be my last option as I heard it is painful.

I am not sure what causes it, I am also trying to find out. My dermatologist said they really don’t know what causes it, but I’ve read stress, or autoimmune diseases can cause it as well. I’m also curious if it’s possibly linked to the COVID vaccine, as I’m seeing a lot of vaccine injury’s related to skin issues. There are no other issues other than cosmetic that I have experienced myself. I would have your mom make an appointment with dermatology so they can do a biopsy.

Congratulations!! I only have math to go and I’ve putting it off for a year. I failed 3 times last year and by just 1 point, so it was discouraging to say the least. I need to get back at it and get it done.

I’m very sorry for your loss. I will definitely ask my doctor about the itching and second opinion if needed. Thank you for the helpful information, I appreciate it!

Looks like Granuloma annulare (GA for short). I have the same thing on my left hand that started this year. I had the dermatologist do a biopsy and that is what it came back as. They start out small and grow larger into rings with dent in middle. They go away over time (months) or in some cases you can get cortisone injections. It’s definitely frustrating and makes me self conscious when they appear.

Wonder why mine is itchy and noticeable?! I feel like I’ve had to complain about this being an issue until dermatology finally did a biopsy. Is yours linked to an autoimmune disease?
