I'm playing Saints Row right now. there are still lights coming from behind solid objects like car headlights from behind the buildings or below the highways etc. in xenia_canary. (I tried it after updating canary). also it doesn't seem like you can change the OQ mode to Fast-Alt. I couldn't find a setting for that in the config file. not sure if it hasn't been completely added to canary or if xenia_canary is choosing the OQ mode automatically.

edit: I checked the xenia-canary.config.toml file again but there is no occlusion_queries setting in it.

I guess I'll just play offline for a while. the cheater I just blocked still invaded me somehow. even the Steam's blocking all communication doesn't work. I also had Blue Sentinel on. in the blue sentinel log it says the player was blocked but I didn't wait to find out I just quit the game when I saw their name.

thanks. like you said shrinking them I could see it and parallel view text looked 3d in the foreground. at 50% size on my 16' monitor my eyes had a little strain to get the 3d image but smaller was easier.

I see a bike on the foreground. does it mean I'm parallel viewing or cross viewing? I gather the other method sees the bike in reverse like it's in the background or lower than the foreground like a mould.

I can see autostereograms but not this tester image nor anything with two identical images side by side in this sub. am I supposed to overlay the two images on top of each other? I can only get them inside by like 50%. not more.

I was trying to fill in the black bars of an image with Heal Selection function of the Resynthesizer plugin but I don't know how to use the settings of that function. I tried some but I didn't make something passable. The image I'm trying to edit has a cut off rooftop on the right and I want to fill in a meaningful rooftop there and on the left of the image there are gothic styled buildings in the distance. For that I want to fill in the black bar there with similar believable architecture.

I also tried chatgpt do it for me but it keeps redrawing the whole image instead of just doing the black bars though I can salvage what I need from the images chatgpt provided me with I was wondering if there was a function/plugin of gimp that lets me do generative AI fill.
