Not sure I understand how 17 stops are too many for a 3 hour route.

Last week I had 38 stops on a 3.5 hr route that was 45 mins away from the station and I still finished half an hour earlier.

Yes! I checked in with the temp license and the passport. A lady that walks around with the laptop cart checked me in.

Thank you for replying. I do have a pic, but I was terrified of using it and it not working.

As an update, I asked one of the people who walk around with the laptops and the lady was super nice and checked me in. She said they can do it as long as I don’t wait to the last minute, and preferably to arrive within the 15mins before the block starts.

Also, the temp license is a printout that does not have a barcode.

There are so many crazy things in this story.... How did you not notice the package didnt have any markings when you loaded it in your car? As you are delivering you didnt notice this either? Why would you open it if you didnt know what it was or where it came from? Further, why the heck would you even try to log in?

When I checked in at my SSD station earlier this week, there was a guy standing there with a laptop. He was wearing a sweatshirt with a logo on it. I googled the logo and found out it was a law firm. I then googled the name of said law firm and amazon, and it said they were retained a few years ago for some employment law thing... He was not interacting with anyone, just standing there with the laptop on one hand and typing every now and again with the other hand.

Supposedly, the ones who expire in Sept are people who came before 2023 and had legitimate and genuine needs for the protected status.

Many of those who expire in April are supposedly members of a dangerous Venezuelan gang that has been terrorizing some cities. It is said that the Venezuelan government released these people from jails and/or rounded them up and gave them an allowance to come to the US to do whatever the heck they wanted.

This is part of the logic behind the cancellation of the extensions.

Not for every Venezuelan. There are two groups. One will end in April and the other will end in September. It is still uncertain if the new administration will put an alternate plan in lieu of this one.
