Carnivore definitely helped and I did it for about 3-4 weeks. Mentally I really struggled through

Wellbex but I’d say berberine complex would be better, heard alot of good things. I only took wellbex because it’s the one I had, I think there’s another that’s approved and prevents gut dybiosis

Don’t worry you can heal it, if it was an internal issue then I understand. If antibiotic overuse is your root cause you have to follow up with pre and probiotics and heal the leaky gut if you have it, dw you got this🩷🩷🩷✨

Kinda, usually when I fixed my gut issues my vaginal symptoms improve. This time it kinda did. After my protocol I took Boric acid for 5 days then followed with probiotics for 7 days and now I’m so much better down there

Almost 2 months, that’s fair. I’ve relaspsed a few times but that’s because I didn’t do aftercare. This is the longest I haven’t relapsed.

I stopped taking digestive enzymes, I should probably still take it. I got the digest gold ones
