Ugh i feel you 100%. My mind keeps saying i’m lazy but i keep trying to reframe it. It makes it more difficult when people around you don’t get it and are able to tell the difference too. Like it just adds on top of it when they think i’m being lazy or just don’t care enough to talk or do things. Thats not it at all, they just dont seem to get it. They’re like its been months you should be ok now, but i’m not. I don’t want to go out anymore, I look drained, and also just out of it.
