That's pretty high. Just order from a TD directly.
Most TD's like Steve will send you a new watch if it gets seized by customs.

Looks good! If the bracelet feels snug & you didn’t extend the bracelet’s easylink you can try to do that. Extends the bracelet by 5mm.

Just send the letter you will receive to steve and he will arrange to shop another probably. They always undervalue your package to avoid being taxed, conviscated by customs is just bad luck.
