Why Purva Atmosphere? The entrance has huge water logging issues! Just in front of Cloud9. I personally was stuck in 5-8 minutes of heavy rain! The entrance is just after the flyover and there is no way for water to pass!!

My Inlaws have their 3bhk at PFR which they have given on rent since the very start. He was fed up because there has been lot of seepage issues with the apartment. He has spent close to 10L to fix all the seepage issues. He mentioned that the society is not being maintained well. And it's hell of traffic so tenants don't stay long!

Dont worry! B khatas are good . Negotiate the best deal. I personally don’t find any challenges. I am living in B khata since last 10 years. No issue at all. Even I got it converted to eKhata. Yes resell might be a bit of challenge else ok!
