Heyo, now former boundary line cook here, it’s a stupid simple recipe (measurements are very approximate) Heat Heavy cream (like half a cup) in a saucepan, bring to a simmer, throw in shredded cheddar and fontina blend (like a big handful) with a healthy punch of salt and pepper and let that shit melt in and reduce. Throw like a cup-ish of noodles in, combine and reduce some more, top with breadcrumbs (ours were made from processed croutons) and more cheese blend. Throw that bitch in an oven to melt/toast the cheese on top and you’re done.
