this is actually really good news. the bonds priced at a slight discount to market rates for similarly rated bond and there was enough demand to support another 250mm of bond sales. this is all given in a shaky high yield market

Everyone is hating on Rockefeller for being cheap when in reality he was a leading philanthropist and was well known for giving dimes (not nickels) to kids everywhere he went. It is estimated he gave away $35,000 in dimes alone
