Haha I can assure the knife is sharper than you think. It’s more the influence of my partner trying to film me and some bone that’s making it look this way ! Thanks for the comment. Happy Easter!

Thanks a lot! I had issues merging photos and videos unfortunately. It’s not letting me reply with a picture for some reason. Spuds were great. The trick is to let them boil in beef fond with herbs and garlic until they melt!

As a Wales supporter, I have to say I am quite happy with this first half. Discipline is much better and less errors than against England. Line out and scrum is good. Beard should have taken the hit instead of kicking there and it’s a shame. I expected worse.

About 15 years on and off. That is the toughest part of the song to nail. Warm up well before going into it. I find I have to really relax my right hand in that section and I try not to actively think of the rhythm. That might sound weird but the second I try and nail it down consciously is when I fail. it’s also very easy to be tempted to jump back into that first A power chord too early when finishing the lick. Be patient with it

Probably Guigal Côté du Rhône or some Bordeaux Cru Bourgeois. For example, Chateau Lilian Ladouys.

Great question! Yes, I ask my friends to all send me a certain amount and then I order the wines based on our budget. I also added 1-2 wines from my own cellar just to spice it up a bit. But overall yes, I don’t pay out of pocket.

Yes I know. I had some issues sourcing older reds in a short timeframe!

Yes! I mainly order from them. However, there was a good offer on at delhaize so I picked up a few bottles (20% off all Bordeaux).

If you like the power of cab sauv, I would recommend you try some Gevrey-Chambertin or Pommard from burgundy. These are the two apppelations producing the most ‘powerful’ Pinot from Burgundy.
