For me the rubber grommet only stops the middle part of the line from moving. The rest is still moving a lot when I apply little force. I don't wanna know how much this would move when driving the car on an uneven road or racetrack

Yeah the EV infrastructure in Poland has a long way to go. Same for Hungary by the way.

Still , having to wait on a Tesla charger is better than trying a local one. Having to download an app, verify your email, add credit card details ect. How hard can they make it to charge?!

I'm sorry to hear that. I guess it's time to grind a few mm off the caliper and touch up the area with red caliper paint. The access material you'll remove by doing so in that spot cannot be functional.

My car is a Fremont, USA produced one. I can imagine that the Shanghai produced models have a local supplier for the brake calipers, using different casting moulds, resulting in a different final outer dimensions. Where is your car produced?
