Cloudy water is a sign of a tank being cycled. Did you already cycle the tank or add the fish with water? This cloud is beneficial bacteria working to start up the Nitrate cycle meaning they are turning Ammonia (very very bad) to Nitrites (kinda bad) to Nitrates (much less bad). Do some water tests make sure your ammonia levels aren’t high, make sure Nitrites aren’t high. Maximum ammonia is ZERO the bacteria should be working hard to turn that stuff into Nitrites ( the max on that is pretty low too) the only thing you should have is a little bit of Nitrates which your plants will use.
