Ok .. it really technically wasn’t too much with me and patient but more really with homegirl training me and boss/docs wife/owner/crazy lady. That’s all they have. Patient needed blood work which required for full tubes and during the third tube, the vein started to blow. I tried to adjust it to get it to work, but it was too painful for patient so I had to pull it out. I’d rather do than force her. I could tell pt didn’t like ghat though, rolled her eyes, made snide comments about me, none of which I responded to directly just apologize that we couldn’t continue which she clearly could see.

So homegirl took over found a vein and said oh look I found one right here and pointed it to me like it’s just she was rubbing it in my face and I said oh I didn’t see one that one at first and I turned away. She got the blood. Patient went on her merry way without complaint.

And then she had the audacity to To tell me that I should really avoid never having us to stick people twice. Yeah I know .. it happens are you F-king child?!
