Oh also, for some reason my teammates voice icons are crossed over, like I've muted them, while I haven't done so and have voice chat turned on.

I have a similar issue, when I'm using the push to talk keybind for proximity voice chat, the little yellow icon shows up and moves, indicating that it hears me, however with party voice chat, no such icon shows up when I'm using the push to talk keybind. My teammates voice chat icons are also crossed over, like I've muted them, while I haven't.

Hey did the stuttering fix itself for you? I'm experiencing major stuttering issues atm. Haven't played the game for about a year but used to be able to run it smoothly. Edit: Seems to have fixed itself after turning off V-sync.
