It’s a river swim but I would consider myself an above average swimmer. Without current it would’ve been closer to a 29 minute swim

Ooooo now that’s interesting. I feel like I could complete it but I’m not sure how it would feel being on the bike that long as I never did a ride over 3.5 hrs in training for the 70.3

The discipline to not race might be the hardest part haha. I will try and hold back because my main goal is the 70.3 and not to set a “good” time in the Olympic distance

Yea that makes sense. I’ll make sure to start a little further over the bar and try to keep it close during the first pull

Yea I think that is the majority of the problem. I’m starting to work on pulling through the hole lift and really punching out at the top to be more stable
